Who We Are
ICC Limited is a Quantity Surveying Consultancy specialising in infrastructure and civil sectors across New Zealand. We provide independent, precise, and value-driven services to help our clients achieve clarity, confidence, and success in their projects.
Led by Anish Shah, ICC draws on over 20 years of specialist experience supporting a diverse range of civil and infrastructure works. From feasibility and estimating through to contract administration and project completion, we deliver trusted advice and hands-on expertise at every stage.
Led by Experience
Anish Shah leads ICC with over 20 years of extensive experience in the Quantity Surveying field. He is currently engaged in the delivery of projects for KiwiRail such as Paerata Rail Station, RNGIM, etc.
Before founding ICC, Anish spent over 11 years with a renowned cost consultancy, where he provided a comprehensive range of professional Quantity Surveying services across significant civil and infrastructure projects. Prior to his consultancy career, he served as a Civil Estimator for civil contractors.
Anish commenced his professional journey in New Zealand in 2005, starting as an Estimator and Quantity Surveyor with a prominent residential developer, before transitioning into the infrastructure sector in 2008.
His experience spans a diverse range of sectors-including rail, roads, bridges, wharves, drainage, utilities, aviation, environmental works, urban development, and landscaping-across projects delivered for leading clients such as KiwiRail, Auckland Transport, NZTA, Auckland City Council, Panuku Development Auckland, Watercare, Auckland International Airport, Tauranga City Council, Queenstown Lakes District Council and others.
