Drury Rail Station
Paerata Station Civil Works
Paerata Station Civil Works is part of the Drury Rail Station programme, delivering access roads, parking, bus terminals, drainage, and landscaping for the new station. ICC was responsible for tender analysis and contract administration.
KiwiRail • $200M+ • Transport
RNGIM – Rail Network Growth Impact Management
This project is upgrading the Auckland Metro Rail Network through large-scale renewal of drainage, formation, railway ballast, sleepers, and rail. Anish led scheduling, first-principles estimating, and tender evaluation.
KiwiRail • $80M • Transport
P2P (Papakura to Pukekohe) OHLE Works
Extension of electrification over a 19km section, including over 800 mast structures and 130km of overhead wires to power electric trains. Anish prepared the Engineer’s Estimate and supported the tender evaluation with a detailed cost assessment.

T2UH (Trentham to Upper Hutt Double Tracking)
Construction of 2.7km of new second track and upgrades to level crossings and platform shelters. Anish prepared Engineer’s Estimates and played a key role in tender evaluation and negotiation.

CRL – Road 1 Slab Track
The Road 1 Slab Track Stage 6 project at Britomart Station involved replacing 150 m of ballasted track with slab track to enable increased train speeds upon completion of the CRL project. Anish was responsible for project scheduling, first-principles estimating, tender evaluation, and subsequent contract administration.
Waka Kotahi NZTA • $1.3B • Transport
Ōtaki to North Levin Highway
Preparation of a detailed business case estimate for a proposed 25km four-lane expressway. Anish developed first-principles cost estimates for major components, including earthworks, pavements, and surfacing.
Palmerston North City Council • $8M • Transport
Palmerston North Pedestrian Bridge
Base estimate development for a new pedestrian and cycle bridge over the Manawatū River. Estimates were prepared using first-principles methodology and supplier pricing for accuracy.
Tauranga City Council • $21M • Utility
Waiari Watermain
Peer review of the project scope, unit rates, risk register, and contingency allowances for the Waiāri Watermain project in Te Puke. Anish validated estimates and assessed risk provisions.

Auckland Transport • $30M • Drainage
Wolverton Culverts 1 & 2
Replacement of existing Armco culverts with a new bridge over Whau Creek. Anish provided parallel estimating, pricing, tender analysis, and reconciliation with the preferred contractor.
Auckland International Airport Ltd • $52M • Development & Urbanisation
The Landings, Auckland
Subdivision project involving utilities, drainage, roads, and landscaping. Anish led quantity take-offs, pricing, tender analysis, and post-contract variation assessments.
Watercare Waikato • $2.5M • Drainage
Horotiu – POAL Wastewater Pump Station
Review of the preferred tenderer’s pricing, scope validation, bill preparation, rates review, and final price assessment for the Wastewater Pump Station works.
Panuku Development Auckland • $9M • Development & Urbanisation
Northcote Greenway
Redevelopment of a green space between Fraser Avenue and Northcote Shopping Centre. Anish prepared bills of quantities and estimates at Concept and Detailed Design stages.
Queenstown Lakes District Council • $57M • Development & Urbanisation
Queenstown Open Spaces
Development of high-quality public spaces and cycling connections supporting the Queenstown Town Centre Masterplan. Anish produced concept estimates and bills of quantities.
Queenstown Lakes District Council • $4M • Utility
Wanaka Water Trunk Main and Pump Station
Preparation of detailed cost estimates using first-principles methodology for the Wānaka Water Trunk Main and Pump Station project.
